Contact RoutingRadar

RoutingRadar is a small, independent editorial site. We welcome feedback, corrections, and topic suggestions from readers — but please understand that we cannot help with active payment disputes, fraud recovery, or account-specific banking questions. For those, you need to contact your bank directly.

What we can help with

  • Routing number corrections. If a record on the site looks inaccurate, please tell us which routing number, what you believe is incorrect, and where you sourced the corrected information. We verify all corrections against the Federal Reserve FedACH directory before publishing.
  • Missing entries. If your bank or credit union doesn't appear here, let us know. We mirror the FedACH directory rather than maintaining records ourselves, but we can confirm whether the institution should be in the source file.
  • Guide topic suggestions. Have a payments topic that nobody seems to explain in plain English? Send it our way.
  • Press inquiries. We can speak to the structure and history of the US ABA routing number system, the FedACH network, and consumer-facing payment fraud patterns.

What we can't help with

  • Active payment disputes, missing wires, or recovery of misdirected funds — please contact your bank.
  • Account-specific questions like balance, login, password reset, or fraud alerts — your bank's support line.
  • Financial, legal, or tax advice — please consult a licensed professional.
  • Reporting suspected fraud — file with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center and your local law enforcement.
